Two new exhibitions: The ROAD Montreuil (photography) and ANNA STANKIEWICZ-ODOJ (painting)

Opening of two new exhibitions: The ROAD Montreuil are about 30 pictures of Montreuil, a Paris suburb, where also live Portuguese immigrants, made by GIUSEPPE MORANDI, photographer, residing in Piadena place in northern Italy, and FRANCESCA GRILLO, photographer residing in Montreuil. Painting on wine glasses

I just started an interest in decorating wine glasses. I bought self stick vinyl stencils. I put them on my glass and painted,when I take the stencil off all the paint comes off with it. I cleaned the glasses,rubbed them with alcohol, I even bought the Martha Stewart foam pouncers which were suggested to use. I've tried it a couple times and getting very frustrated. Please if anyone has any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong or has any tips it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
